• Dream Travel & Tours Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “DT&T”) will not be liable for any loss sustained by the customer due to (but not limited to) any corruption of data, technical errors, and/or inaccuracies in relation to the tickets sold by DT&T due to the reasons beyond its control;
  • DT&T and its customers will be contractually bound when a ticket is purchased by the customer from it in which case DT&T will act as a Principal;
  • At its sole discretion, DT&T reserves the right to mark up the supplier’s price and to determine/fix the Prices of the tickets sold by it. These prices may fluctuate from time to time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all ticket prices and information relating to same before purchasing any of the tickets;
  • Fares & Taxes are subject to change at any time without prior notice until tickets are issued;
  • Some of the overseas airport taxes, government taxes or any other compulsory charges may not be included in the prices quoted in relation to the tickets on sale. The customer is responsible for paying all of these additional items (if any);
  • DT&T will not be liable for any loss, liability or any costs incurred by the customer in connection with the ticketing transaction/s or missed ticketing time lines due to system outages. System outages can occur due to reasons outside the control of DT&T;
  • Customers are required to pay DT&T on the due dates mentioned on DT&T invoices;
  • DT&T reserves the right to take legal action against the customer not paying by the due date. All legal costs and incidentals incurred by DT&T to recover its debts shall be borne by the respective customer in default;
  • If any amount received by DT&T from the customer is avoided by law then such payment shall not be deemed to have discharged the liability of the customer, and the customer and DT&T shall be restored to a position in which they would have been had no such payment been made;
  • The customer unconditionally and irrevocably guarantee to DT&T the due and punctual payment by the customer of the monies due as and when it becomes due and payable to DT&T;
  • If the customer does not pay DT&T any of the indebtedness when due or any other event of Default occurs which entitles DT&T to enforce any security, or to accelerate payment of all or part of the indebtedness, then the customer must pay the amount of the indebtedness to DT&T on demand;
  • Customer refunds will only be processed for the unutilised portion of the tickets. All refund requests must be in writing to DT&T. Refund processing fee of $30 per ticket will be applicable and payable upfront for all refunds irrespective of the amount of refund;
  • Re-issue requests should be in writing to DT&T. The customer is liable to pay the fare & tax differences applicable upon re-issue of their ticket/s. Reissue processing fee of $25 per ticket will be applicable and payable upfront;
  • Name changes are not allowed at any time after the issuance of a ticket. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that his/her correct name as per their passport appears on their tickets issued to them;
  • All customers should have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the customer’s last flight departure date of travel;
  • All customers should hold a valid visa of the country they intend to visit;
  • Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use;
  • DT&T does not accept payment by Cheques. The acceptable mode of payment is Cash, credit or debit card, Bpay and/or bank transfer;
  • Payments by credit card will attract a surcharge;
  • We reserve the right to modify any of our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice;
  • The Australian laws will apply in the event of any dispute arising between DT&T and the customer; 
  • The customer shall not disclose their dealings with DT&T, quotes offered to the customer, etc to any third party.
